Average Cost of Our Home Staging Services in New York City
A lifestyle staging for a 2 bedroom (including a 6 month lease of inventory) will run a seller between $12,000 and $17,500. We do not base our home staging NYC estimates solely on the number of bedrooms or the listing price. It is a combination of both; a 2 bedroom in the East Village does not need to look as expensive as one on Central Park West.
How Long Does Our Staging Take?
If there is no renovation to be done, we can install a staging in one week (once we receive signed contracts). If renovations are required, the entire project takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the renovation.
