Our knowledge of spatial relations coupled with our proper use of color, flow, lighting and lifestyle elements is how Amazing Space NYC creates a masterpiece from a blank canvas. We carefully select individual furnishings, artwork, foliage and lifestyle accessories specific to the property´s needs that, when strategically placed in the rooms, will energize the space and provide ease of flow throughout the property.

Our designs accentuate the property´s attributes! We transform that blank canvas into an appealing home, one in which buyers feel immediately welcome and encouraged to walk through and absorb each room.

Fees are based on the size of the property and the level of Staging.

We are often asked if we buy new pieces for every project.  Generally, we do purchase the furnishings, art and accessories when building a model unit.  One might think that this allows our our team to truly design the rooms, to add statement pieces that appear tailored for that particular space.  But what happens when that line of units sells out (as a result of our beautiful model) and the developer is left with units that do not have the same dimensions, views or demographic profiles and furnishings that do not fit? Models design by Amazing Space NYC take into consideration that a developer needs to move the pieces from unit to unit, line to line, floor to floor.  We recognize that the furnishings need to be re-purposed and have successfully built new models within a development using our original purchases.
